The Molchanovs Lap 3 / Wave 3 course is the third step on your recreational freediving journey. You will learn advanced equalization techniques like deep frenzel and mouthfil, gain the ability to dive beyond your residual volume to a depth of up to 40 meters, and will be introduced to advanced mental techniques, like attention deconcentration.
