Pool Freediving Training
Group Classes
Join our group pool training classes for freedivers and spearfishers! Even if holding your breath in a pool is not your idea of fun, you might be surprised, and it is an excellent preparation for open water freediving and spearfishing. We hold regular training sessions in a world-class pool facility - the Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center (formerly the Hall of Fame). Each class is different and will work on different aspects of freediving, and each class is individually tailored to the participants. Get better at holding your breath and meet like-minded individuals!

10-class package: $35 per class (pre-paid)
24-hour cancellation policy (no refund if cancelling within 24 hours)
